Invesco NASDAQ 100 ETF added to every stock in its portfolio in Tuesday’s session without selling a single position. QQQM recorded net inflows of $177.3 million, with NVIDIA the largest purchase by value, according to data reported for October 13, 2026.

The transactions increased the fund’s holdings in all 101 stocks it owns. No new stocks entered the portfolio and no positions were sold. For investors who follow the ETF’s composition, the record shows a simultaneous addition across the board, not a reshuffling of the holdings list.

QQQM’s gross purchases equal the net amount bought. Every position increased, while none was reduced. The biggest change came in NVIDIA Corp, which received an additional 64,554 shares worth $14.8 million. The company’s weight in the fund rose to 8.32%.

QQQM’s biggest purchases led by NVIDIA

Apple Inc came next after QQQM bought 39,092 shares worth $13.3 million. Microsoft Corp followed with an additional 19,894 shares worth $10.8 million.

The purchase in Micron Technology Inc reached 8,352 shares, or $8.0 million. Amazon.com Inc rounded out the top five purchases with 28,884 shares worth $7.5 million. All five stocks were already part of the portfolio before the transactions.

No new positions. No sales.

The run of purchases gives investors a concrete picture of where QQQM’s additional capital flowed in the reported session. NVIDIA, Apple and Microsoft received the largest purchase values, while all other stocks in the portfolio also increased. However, this single session’s data only shows holdings changes on the reporting date; the source says investors need to watch later updates to see whether additions to the largest positions continue or begin to reverse into reductions.

Technology dominates the portfolio

QQQM has $109.52 billion in assets under management and holds 101 stocks. Its top ten holdings make up 47.2% of fund assets, while 100.0% of the portfolio is in large-cap stocks.

The technology sector takes a 59.3% share. Communication Services accounts for 12.4%, while Consumer Cyclical is 10.4%. The concentration helps explain why tech stocks stand out in the reported list of purchases.

NVIDIA’s weight is 8.32%, Apple 7.52%, Microsoft 6.1%, Micron Technology 4.49% and Amazon 4.21%. The fund’s annual cost, or expense ratio, is 0.15%. The source also notes a P/E of 28.59, P/B of 7.7, dividend yield of 0.43%, GF Score of 88 and year-to-date return of 19.09%.

The holdings-change data underlying the report covers stocks listed on US exchanges and refers to October 13, 2026. In that session, the largest addition again came from NVIDIA: 64,554 shares.
